This is our first summer of life at Mountain Hostel Tarter. As we love mountain, trekking, trailrunning and skyrunning, we’re really looking forward to the Ultratrail Andorra 2013. That’s why all participants of this year’s race, will get a 10% discount at Mountain Hostel Tarter.
The Ultratrail Andorra 2013 offers multiple types of races, so that each participant can choose one that suits him/her best.
Here are the Ultratrail Andorra 2013 races:
TRAIL: A dream trial featuring magnificent scenery and a trip to the summit of Comapedrosa at an altitude of 2,942 meters. You will love our Valls del Nord (Northern Valleys).
35 k (22 mi.) with 2.500 meters (1.5 mi.) of elevation gain and a 2.500 meters (1.5 mi.) of elevation loss.
CELESTRAIL: A beautiful loop of 50 miles, particular and wild (as all our races) but where there are some sections charmingly hilly to recover after three big passes in more of 2.500 m of height.
83 k ( 50 mi.) 5.000 meters (3 mi.) of elevation gain and 5.000 metres (3 mi.) of elevation loss. Departure from Ordino town centre at night on Friday and finish in Ordino town centre.
ULTRATRAIL: A trip around the whole of the Principality of Andorra, including a visit to its highest point, Comapedrosa, at an altitude of 2.942 metres, and other iconic peaks under the light of the full moon on the longest days. 112 k (70 mi.) 9.700 meters(6 mi.) of elevation gain and 9.700 metres (6 mi.) of elevation loss. Departure from Ordino town centre at night on Friday and finish in Ordino town centre.
RONDA DELS CIMS: Giant route around the whole Principality of Andorra, including a visit to its highest point, Comapedrosa at an altitude of 2.942 metres, touching on the border. In the light of the full moon on the longest days.
170 k ( 106 mi.) 13.000 meters (8 mi.) of elevation gain and 13,000 meters (8 mi.) of elevation loss. Departures from Ordino town centre on Friday on the morning and finish in Ordino town centre. 15 peaks or passes upon 2.400 meters.
SOLIDARITRAIL: Fun walk, open to everyone, including people with disabilities. 10 k (6,2 mi.) with a climb of 750 meters (2460.629 ‘ mi.) of elevation gain and 750 meters (2460.629 ‘ mi.) of elevation loss.
